The Tiffany is a refined yet practical sofa built for modern living. Plush premium chenille on the outside, a smooth built-in extension mechanism on the inside, it converts from a beautiful everyday sofa into a generous lounging or sleeping surface in seconds. No tools, no fuss, no compromising on style to get the function.
How made to order works
We do not keep these sofas sitting in a warehouse. Each one is built and upholstered in the colour and size you choose, only after your order is placed. That is why it takes 4 to 5 weeks, and it is also why you get a sofa made for you rather than whatever was left in stock.
Day 1, your order is confirmed and sent to the workshop.
Week 1 to 3, your sofa is built and upholstered in your chosen colour.
Week 3 to 4, quality checked, packed and dispatched.
Week 4 to 5, delivered to your address, with tracking emailed to you.
You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours your sofa is already in production and cannot be cancelled.
Fabric & Fill
Upholstered in premium dense-weave chenille that stays soft with daily use, no pilling, no flattening, no scratchy surprises after a few months. Seat cushions are high-density resilient foam for lasting support. Back cushions are generously filled for a plush finish that holds its shape.
Frame & Mechanism
Robust hardwood-reinforced frame built for long-term daily use. The pull-out extension mechanism is engineered for smooth, consistent operation, extends and retracts cleanly every single time.

Delivery is to your door. Please measure your doorway, hallway and stairs against the sofa size before you order, and plan for a second pair of hands on delivery day.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
The Tiffany is built for real life, which means looking after it doesn't require a manual. A little regular care goes a long way with chenille, and none of it is complicated.
Fabric Care
Run a soft brush attachment over it once a week, keeps the texture fresh and the fabric looking its best.
Spills happen. Blot immediately with a clean dry cloth and the chenille's tight weave does the rest. Don't rub, don't scrub.
Keep it away from harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning tools. They strip the texture that makes the fabric worth having in the first place.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. It affects the colour over time and 20 carefully chosen colourways deserve better than that.
Frame & Structure
The backrests and armrests are designed for leaning, not loading. Don't sit or stand on them.
Extension Mechanism
Operate it smoothly and steadily. It's built for repeated use not force.
Keep liquids well away from the motor, wiring, and control panel. That's the one rule with no workaround.

Week 1 to 3 — In production
Your sofa is built and upholstered in your chosen colour. We email you when production starts.
Week 3 to 4 — Checked and dispatched
Quality checked, packed for furniture transport and dispatched. Your tracking number is emailed to you the moment it leaves.
Week 4 to 5 — Delivered
Your sofa is delivered to your address by a freight carrier. The carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery window, so someone needs to be there to receive it.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Delivery is to your door. Our team does not carry the sofa into the room or assemble it, so please plan for a second pair of hands on the day. No tools are needed to use the extension mechanism.

I live in a studio and space is everything. I needed something that looked good, didn't eat my whole apartment, and could actually function as a guest bed without being a whole thing. This sofa does all three and honestly looks better in my place than it did in the product photos. My sister stayed for a week on the extended section and didn't complain once, which if you know my sister, is basically a five star review on its own.

How do I know the chenille won't start pilling or looking worn in 6 months?
The chenille used in the Tiffany is premium weight, denser than the fabric used in budget alternatives, which is where most of the pilling and wear issues originate. Dense weave construction means the fibres have less movement and therefore less friction against each other under use.
What about the extension mechanism, will it still work smoothly in a year?
The pull-out mechanism is built for sustained use. It doesn't require lubrication, doesn't have exposed components that can catch or warp, and operates on a track system designed to remain aligned under real weight. If anything goes wrong with the mechanism after delivery, email contact@sofvana.com with a photo or short video and we will sort it out.
I sit at a desk all day. Is this sofa comfortable for long evenings?
The Tiffany is built with a back support structure and seat depth made for sitting upright as well as stretching out. Seat cushions are high-density foam, so they hold their shape instead of sinking after a few months. It is a sofa, not a medical product, so if you have a specific back condition please take advice from your own doctor rather than from us.
I've never bought a sofa before. How do I know which size and colourway to choose?
Start with your room dimensions and your wall colour. If your living room is under 4 metres wide, the standard 280cm configuration gives you breathing room. If you're working with 4+ metres and love to host, go straight to the Extra Large. For colourway: if your walls are neutral (white, off-white, greige), almost any colourway works, the mid-tones like Taupe Stone, Sage Moss, and Ash Gray are the most forgiving. If you want the sofa to be the statement, Terracotta Clay, Nordic Blue, or Deep Forest will do that work for you.
How does delivery work, and how long will it take?
We are straight with you about it. Your sofa is made to order, so it takes 4 to 5 weeks, and we email you at every stage so you are never left guessing. You get a confirmation on day 1, a note when production starts, and your tracking number the moment it is dispatched.
