What to email us about

Before you order. Send us your doorway, hallway and stairway measurements and we will tell you straight whether the sofa will fit. We would rather lose a sale than have a sofa that cannot get through your door.

Cancelling an order. Reply to your order confirmation within 48 hours with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full. After 48 hours your sofa is already in production and cannot be cancelled.

Where is my order. Every sofa is made to order and takes 4 to 5 weeks. You get a confirmation on day one, an email when production starts, and your tracking number the moment it is dispatched. If you have not heard from us when you expected to, email us and we will tell you exactly where your sofa is.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will put it right at no cost to you.

Good to know

We are an online only brand. There is no showroom to visit, which is part of how the price stays where it is.

Delivery is to your door by a freight carrier. We do not carry the sofa into the room or assemble it, so please plan for a second pair of hands on delivery day.

Email is the fastest way to reach us. We do not have a phone line, because one person answering emails properly beats a queue that nobody picks up.
